Return Eligibility Period


All goods purchased from byredoshop.it.com support a 60-day free return window starting from the date customers receive the parcel. Any return application submitted beyond this time limit will not be accepted for processing.

Return Conditions


  1. Returned items must retain original intact packaging, unused product condition, complete product accessories and sample gifts attached to the original order. Damaged, stained or partially consumed goods cannot be approved for return.
  2. Customers shall submit return requests through support@byredoshop.it.com, providing order number, product photos and return reason for preliminary review.
  3. Return shipping fees are fully covered by our platform, and customers do not need to bear extra delivery costs for sending back products.

Refund Processing Timeline


After our warehouse receives, inspects and confirms the qualified returned goods, the full payment refund will be initiated within 5–10 working days. The refund amount will be returned to the original payment account used to place the order, and the refund progress notification will be sent to your registered email automatically.

Non-Refundable Scenarios


Products with obvious man-made damage, missing original packaging, self-torn seals, or customized limited-edition bundled sets are excluded from the refund scope. We will clearly notify customers via email if return applications fail to pass qualification inspection.
